Join us for a walk-and-talk with Neil Pederson, local forest ecologist and member of the Maynard Tree Corps, among the trees of downtown Maynard. Neil will lead a tour through Maynard's arboretum and discuss climate change, both globally and locally and how home gardeners can contribute to climate stability through their own tree steardship, with tips for tree selection and care. The tour will begin at 9AM on Saturday, April 9th at the green triangle space between 27 and Concord Street.
